Laplace Instruments Ltd Laplace Instruments Ltd is a globally recognized EMC test equipment supplier. Originally Laplace Instruments focused on Signal Acquisition and Instrumentation equipment, with a specialist niche in vibration analysis and FFT techniques. Our markets at that time included automotive, military (helicopter), heavy engineering and railway sectors. These led to frequency analysis tools, which in turn led to RF spectrum analysers. EMC In 1993, the potential demand for RF spectrum analysers in the measurement of EMC emissions was identified as a growth area and by 1995, this activity was the largest contributor of the company turnover. Since that time, substantial R & D investment has been devoted to maintaining a product range that has become a market leader in the global EMC market and accounts for 90% of the company sales. Major developments include the innovative LaplaCell test cells, a compact and efficient form of GTEM cell for emissions measurement and immunity testing. Other unique advances in the field include probably the most powerful PC Windows software application for EMC testing that is currently available anywhere. In addition to our test equipment range, Laplace offers training courses. These are specifically designed for manufacturers and others who need a pragmatic and effective approach to the EMC testing of products.	OnFILTER OnFILTER is a young California company dedicated to reducing electrical noise in manufacturing, medical and many other environments. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) on power lines and ground creates serious problems for operation of equipment and can even damage sensitive components. Real-life installations share power lines among many types of equipment, not all of them noise-free. Simple turning on and off one tool can cause severe high-frequency spikes throughout the facility. Such common items as light dimmers, solenoids, stepper motors, controlled heater elements and others greatly contribute to the noise on power lines and ground. Service	York EMC Services York EMC Services designs, manufactures, sells and rents unique EMC test equipment that is used in EMC test laboratories throughout the world. If you use antennas from the famous Bilog range then you have already come across a product designed at the University of York, perhaps without realising it! Bilog antennas were designed at York and are sold under license by Schaffner. Our range of noise sources known as the Comparison Noise Emitters (CNE) are used to verify test and measurement set ups and ensure the validity of test results. We can also develop an EMC instrument for your particular needs through our design/development service. For example, the Comb Generator Emitters were co-developed with Intel to test the shielding effectiveness of small enclosures.
